STUDENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

SV APPLICATION HERE

HRI 2019 will include a Student Volunteer (SV) Program. SVs are the heart of what makes a conference run smoothly, and we would love to have you on board. SVs will be selected from applicants, be expected to provide support for various activities at the conference, and receive partial support for travel and other conference expenses.

Being an SV is a great way to participate in one of the leading conferences in the HRI research community, expand your knowledge, and network with many fellow students. We would like to include students with diverse backgrounds from everywhere in the world. Although students with accepted paper(s) in HRI 2019 take priority, we still encourage you to apply for the SV Program.

The deadline for applying for the SV Program is January 6th, 2019. Questions regarding the program can be directed at the Student Volunteer Chairs.

Remember that student volunteers are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours and attend the conference from its start to close (March 11-14, 2019). For preparation, we may request you to arrive the conference site by March 10.

Any questions can be directed to the SV Chairs.
