Workshops and Tutorials

Note: Workshops and Tutorials will be held at Heriot-Watt University and the National Robotarium, separately from the main conference activities, which will be held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Workshops will be organised in two sessions, a morning session and an afternoon session, with a common lunch break scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The morning session will run from 9:30 AM until approximately 1:00 PM, while the afternoon session will take place from 2:30 PM until approximately 6:00 PM.

Workshop organisers may choose to slightly extend the end of the morning session or bring forward the start of the afternoon session, considering also lunch break. Lunch will be served either at the National Robotorium or dedicated spaces closer to the allocated workshop rooms. Participants will attend the lunch break near their allocated workshop room.

Final room allocations will be announced after mid-February.
