Accommodation
Pre-booked hotel options (UPDATED)
We have pre-booked rooms at two different hotels in Stockholm, in the venue area. Both hotels and the conference venue are located on the south side of Stockholm city central, called Södermalm.
Note that due to Sweden holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2023, the hotels in Stockholm are reluctant with (in their point of view) too generous offers and policies, so this UPDATED block booking was what we were able to negotiate. A general recommendation is obviously to book as early as possible.
The blocked rooms are not available through other booking channels, only through the options stated with each hotel presentation below. Room reservation is made on a first come – first served basis. Rooms and these rates are available up until January 13, 2023 (or until the blocked rooms are fully booked, if this happens before January 13.)
UPDATE as of January 12th: A small number (exactly how many will be determined on January 13th) of rooms will be available under the conditions described below until January 24th (or until fully booked).
It is possible to book an extension to the main conference period which the negotiated rates are valid for, e.g. for arrival already on March 12th, HOWEVER, these extension nights do not fall under the special rate agreement and will be subject to market price. To book a room under the agreement with some extension, you need to contact the booking service directly by phone, it is not possible to book such a combination through the online booking system.
For exact cancellation conditions, please double check with the hotel at the time of reservation.
