STUDENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Student volunteers are the heart of what makes a conference run smoothly, and we would love to have you on board. SVs are expected to provide support for various activities during the virtual conference and can volunteer for some activities helping with the preparation of the conference. With this year’s virtual format of the HRI conference, SVs will receive free registration to the conference.

The deadline for applying for the second round of the SV Program is February 4th, 2022. The application link is here. 

Being an SV is a great way to participate in one of the leading conferences in the HRI research community, expand your knowledge, and network with many fellow students. We would like to include students with diverse backgrounds from everywhere in the world. In the selection of SVs, priority will be given to students with accepted conference or workshop paper(s). However, we still encourage all students to apply for the SV Program.

Please keep in mind that student volunteers are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours and attend the conference from its start to close (March 7 – 10, 2022). SVs will be required to complete training sessions with the online system before the conference.
